I went on a journey of self-discovery and growth in the process of searching for answers and ways to live better. I have also seen friends, family members and people around me suffer from various mental illnesses and the real challenges they face. I believe there is a way that we can truly enjoy the gifts of life by living happier, healthier and striving towards a fulfilling and vibrant life.

I have long been fascinated by the human mind and and behaviourial science. I started researching and learning more about psychology theories and concepts, seeing how I can apply them in my own life. Thirsty for more knowledge and wisdom, I delved into positive psychology, NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) and CBT (Cognitive Behaviorial Therapy).
